Hi guys anyone else having an issue like this ?
Had the ferminator for about 4 -5 weeks had already completed a brew & was ready to cold crash to 4°
Didn’t have an issue
However, the next beer I needed to keep at 21°c to ferment
I’ve tried everything but I can’t get past 19° so had to ferment out at this temp
Once done I tried to cold crash but again I can’t get past 14°c even if I take it down to 1 or 2 °c
Ambient temp is 9°c over night & I’ve had the temp set for 3 days now
No movement except as expected from ambient movement (day to night)
Any ideas ? Is there a way to factory reset ( not that I changed anything)
