Hi again all
Quick update......still not got around to kicking my bew off yet but i've treated myself to an Inkbird 308 ready for my first kit brew which is a St Peters Ruby Red you may recall
As mentioned, It says the temp should be 18-20c and I've only got a heat mat and will be brewing in the garage so hopefully the need to cool won't be necessary
Can anyone share their experience in terms of what values you set on the Inkbird please in terms of TS, CD and HD ?
Just interested as to whether the idea is to start at 18 for a few days and then increase
