Got a wilco Mexican cerversa in my PL. Went through a first FV for 10 days then another FV for a further 7. Put it into the barrel where it's been for 3 weeks. Had a test last night and I tastes good...is clear but is a flat as a fart. Any ideas? It had 85g of brewing sugar when it went into the barrel...does it need more?
