On 14/05/2015 I put the wine into a demi john and waited for the wine to stop bubbling, but it is still going strong after three weeks, should I just let it run its course or is there anything I can do ?
Thanks.

Take a hydro reading see how its going. That's what I would do anyway. Then taste it. If it tastes right for you then stabilise it.

To make it I used 1ltr cranberry juice, 1 ltr apple juice, pectolase, citric acid, tannin and 1kg of sugar, yeast and nutrient. Think I will give it another week then stabilize it. Thanks for the help.

Thanks, i wanted to make sure there was no preservative in the juice, i assume there isn't as i have used both before so the only way to know when its finished is to take readings with a hydrometer over a few days, once it stops dropping for 2 days its done.
You could also use my guess it method, wait until you only see one bubble every minute, leave it a week for the yeast to clean up after itself then stabilise, degas and clear.
