Galaxy & Hallertauer Use Me Up

Both are 2018 hops so trying to get rid in 1 go. 40L batch, 1 keg, 1 cask.

Thoughts? I’m **** with recipes.

100g of galaxy in a 40 litre batch is very light. Are you limited to a pale ale or can you look at different styles. Have you a yeast selection available

You could possibly go with a NZ pils. Hallertauer for bitterness and galaxy for aroma

I would use your 50g of cascade hotside, 40g mosaic+ 25g Simcoe hop stand and 100g of galaxy dry hop
