Got a cheeky brew on yesterday while I was cleaning our new house before we moved in next week. I know a lot of people are looking forward to the Kentucky common brewday but I want to make sure that one is very well documented, and I don't have the fermenter I need yet.
It's just a little pale ale smash with what I had laying around and some voss kveik.
--------------------------------------
002-A "Contractual Minimum" Pale Ale
Maris Otter -1.3k Mash at 67 for 90 minutes
30 minute boil
14g East Kent Goldings at 30
7g East Kent Goldings at 15

Cooled down with my ice stick and then pitched a packet of voss.

I left it on a heating pad to keep it from dropping below 20c while it ferments. Gonna check on it tomorrow when I stop by the new house again.

The big change here is this is going into a mini ball lock keg instead of being bottled - oooo fancy-
I'll post piccies when I got check it tomorrow.
Cheers all.

Update. I've got my keg setup now! And here's how the beer is doing. I've not really had the time to take a reading or otherwise test with the moving, but I think it's lookin good.
The keg setup is the kegland flow control disconnect into the nukatap mini setup. The gas disconnect will go into the kegland mini regulator with a soda stream bottle. Very fun.

Cheers.
