Ok so i'm making various wow'w at the moment and while i was out i picked up a bottle each of red and white concentrate from Wilkinsons, however after searching i can't seem to find a definitive answer as to when and how to use it. I believe it adds body to the wines but is it worth it or should i just leave it out.

I don't find it's worth it in white and rose wines. A handfull of sultanas or raisens does the same job. In reds it will give you a bit more depth of colour but not much else. But give them a go as you have them and see what you think. Add at the beginning. Trying things is what it's all about.

Thanks guys, can i ask how much do i use for a Demi john is it the whole bottle as their only small?
