Hi All

I thought I'd introduce myself and explain why I'm here.

I've been an avid real ale fan since my early twenties, often thinking about brewing my own but never actually getting around to it. What set the wheels in motion is that we have a cellar which doesn't really get the use it deserves. So last weekend while in our local Wilkos I picked up a starter kit with a Mexican Lager, I'm not a fan but thought it would be easier and more suitable with the keg.

Unfortunately I'll probably ask stupid and / or obvious questions so I beg your forgiveness in advance.
