Hi guys. Completely new Brewer here. Got an AG kit from the home brew depot from my girlfriend for Christmas and went in extremely blind. Beer is due to be bottled at the weekend so we will see how it turns out. I'm in quite a fortunate position in the fact that I'm a chef so have a reasonable knowledge about following and creating recipes and the importance of Woking smart and clean, added to the fact that I have access to a commercial kitchen!
So since my first brewday I've built my own mashtun and ordered a few other bits that weren't included in my original set. I'll be making my second batch which will be an APA.
