Hello,

I'm John from North Bucks (near Milton Keynes).
I have started Wine & Cider making again after about a 30 year gap, trying to perfect a Cider that my sons will drink. They drink commercial brands such as Magners or Kopperberg and I've sure I could produce a similar tasting cider albeit flat. My last batch of Cider and exotic fruit got a rave review at the local church harvest supper.

I am now a lazier brew that I was when I first started brewing at 16 preferring to buy fruit juice rather than collecting my ingredient from the country side and would even (god forbid) be tempted to use a commercial wine kit.

Currently I have 3 ciders & 4 wines fermenting :
Cider with white grape and peach expected ABV ~ 12-15%
Cider with exotic fruit expected ABV ~ 12 - 15%
Apple and Elderflower expected ABV ~ 5%

Prune juice expected ABV ~ 12%
Red grape juice (Aldi) expected ABV ~ 12%
White Grape & Peach expected ABV ~ 5%
Wilko chardonnay kit expected ABV ~ 12% if only it would start fermenting.
