I have wanted to brew my own beer for a good while, and this summer I have finally found the time to give it a go. I have a background in Organic Chemistry and so have been quite happy diving into full mash. My taste in beer very much changes with the seasons and so I am quite keen to brew a range of styles, with a view to crafting my own recipes as I gain experience. To that end I will certainly value any input or feedback from the experienced community as I inevitably make mistakes.
