This is a slightly original beer I put together, but it's lacking in body and overall flavour - the flavour only comes out after a pint or so. It's good, extremely light and easy to drink, but I'd like to get it tasting a bit more bold than it is now.

My theories;

general lack of malt with too much honey. simple sugar is stopping the malt giving it real body.
only aroma hops used (east kent gouldings.) i'd need to use an all-purpose hop variety, or a combination.
no ingredients with retention/body properties, such as flaked oats etc....
