Hi All looks like a great forum you have here and thanks for letting me join.
With the covid situation and no beer festivals decided to have ago at brewing.
Just started brewing
Beer brew started with Wherry kit conditioning at the moment have had a sample and pleased with results so far.
Also have 60 litres of cider on the go in 3bins bin 1 just added yeast bin 2 Camden tablet and yeast and bin 3 Camden tablet yeast and netriant. Started a week ago and bin 3 has started fermenting. Apples used are 50/50 desert “Red Devil” and cooking apple “Norfolk Beauty”.
Have some young cider apple verities which I’m hoping will produce enough for a batch next year.
