hi im smithy25 brewing for about 6months done 2 shiraz wines one ken ridge one vintners a couple of wilko 6 bottlers rose and elderflower, alsobulldogs triple tyke got razor back ipa at bottling stage, cobnar wood at 1st ferment and picking up ken ridge chilean merlot and voignier at weekend any tips and help most welcome :
