Hi Guys, recently got the coopers starter kit as an early birthday present and brewed the the Mexican cerveza with it which is crash cooling in a secondary at the moment. I Have now bought a second fv which I have a coopers Irish stout in (ready for celebration on St paddy's). And also have two djs of turbo cider going( for the fiancee). Thanks for all the info so far. Can't wait until some of it is ready. Quick question I am a shift manager of a pub, apart from bottles is there anything else I should be looking to keep if the pub try to throw it out?

Empty bottles is the only thing I've been short of.

They probably won't throw out bottles of Star San Sanitiser but they might be willing to order an extra bottle on your behalf. Otherwise, you can get Star San via mail order or your local home brew store (LHBS)
