Evening all. Got a Brewferm Grand Cru that I am going to bottle later. I have sets of instructions. One says 90g per L and the other 72. One also says to reduce to 6g PerL if FG is 1.012. It has stopped at 1014. I don't want flat beer or beer claymores. Any advice?
