just mashed a 3 gallon batch and its in the boiler ready to go tomorrow.

i have target/ekg/cascade and progress

any suggestions on hopping?

any other advice/comments welcome!

any sugar additions?

recepie is

3kg maris otter
600g flakes barley
300kg roast barley
75g cystal
50g chocolate malt

I think you may have overdone the roast barley a teeny tiny bit ...

One charge of hops Target 36g, at 60 mins. Quite normal for a single charge at the start for a stout.
 
I would treat it as a stout style which hopping would get lost so just use one English hop and save the rest for a Bitter/Ale next time.
I would use Target too as it will give you the bitterness just do it to your IBU requirements
