Keg/vessel tags

I've spent way too long on google on this and not come up with much. I'm sick of losing track of what's in which keg and want a plastic tag that I can write on to label the beer, volume, brew date etc. and wipe off and re-write for the next batch. All I can find on google are small luggage tags which would do the job but way too small. I've seen adhesive whiteboard stickers that would work well but I suspect the markers would run with condensation.

Anyone use a largeplastic tag to keep track of things in their brewery, no smaller than a post-it note or something?
