Fairly new to all this home brewing, seems like a lot of work buying/cleaning all these bottles so I would like to keg my next batch.

Currently have a Young's American IPA in the Fermenter, an I plan to keg it this time.

Do I just add the priming sugar and syphon the beer in and leave it for a few weeks.

Looking at the wilko keg which seems to be the cheapest option but it has a lots of bad reviews for a leaking tap, do I need to use one of the C02 injectors with this barrel/beer?

Could anyone recommend any other good/cheap option or know any one that could sell me one?

That one does not come with the lid to add CO2 but you can buy it separately otherwise you need to drink the lot in a couple of days. These guys have a full range http://www.balliihoo.co.uk/barrels-accessories-c-11_45.html . As for the tap leaking on the wilko one (which is the same as the youngs and similar ones) I find the tap is not tight enough out of the factory, if you unscrew it and soak the seal in boiling water for a min you can tighten it more. Some say overtightening it is bad but I found the tighter the better.
