lagering how to?

as the header says is there one on the site have tried looking using the search but cant find it that or a link would be appreciated thanks
 
you would lager in bulk at say 2C for 1 week for each 1 degree Plato (4 SG points), but 4-6 weeks achieves good results
 
once the lager has fermented out would it be best to transfer to another FV for the lagering process or leave it in the same one ,and once its lagered i take it you bottle it and then just move it some where warm for a couple of weeks like normal? :thumb:
 
cool ,must have been writing that while i was writing this post as i had already looked at that one ,but not to worry it all worked out in the end just going to take hydro reading 2wks into fermentation .
