Looking for a Milk Stout extract recipe

Evening all,
I'm hoping to brew a milk stout tomorrow using the extract method. Steeping some specialty grains plus some LME for the base.
I've got the following in stock and will go to the LHBS tomorrow morning to add anything else I need.

Lactose
Maltodextrin
Roasted Barley
Chocolate malt
Crystal malt (just a bit)
Carapils
2 cans light LME
Cascade hops
Challenger hops
Worcester Goldings hops
US-05 yeast

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good recipe? I've searched but can't find anything other than all grain recipes.

450 gms crystal malt
340 gms chocolate malt
113 gms black malt
2.4gms DME
0.5kg lactose
227gms maltodextrin
28gms Target hops
steep malts in 1 gallon water 65.5C for 30 mins
strain into brew pot sparge grains with 1 gallon water 65.5c make up to 2 gallons with water
Bring to boil remove from heat and add dme lactose maltodextrin and hops
make upto 3 gallons boil 45 mins
cool strain into fermenter add water to obtain 5.25 gallons when temp is under 70c pich yeast of your choice

Thanks. How important is the choice of hops for this style? I guess almost anything would do for bittering. I thought the roasted barley was almost a prerequisite for a stout?
 
I would substitute the black malt with Roasted Barley and add a bit more.
For a stout the hops are used mo0re for bittering and not for flavour...let the Malts shine.
