I am a semi commercial beekeeper and have bought myself a grainfather g30 to try my hand at mead, my preference for a higher abs.

Does anyone have any trusted and tasty recipes they would recommend in such a setup?

Cheers.

I know, you also don't for beer however I thought I'd ask in the mead section, in case anyone had.

The confusion set in when you said " i bought myself a grainfather g30 to try my hand at mead" we thought you bought it just to make mead.

You are correct you dont "need" an all in one to brew beer you can make it without as they did all those years before they were invented but they do make the brewing process a lot quicker and less hands on, you definite dont need one for mead or wine making as there is no need to boil the honey or juice.
