500g lager malt - mashed to an hour in 1.5l sparged with 2l
Boiled for an 30mijn, Irish moss at 15 min
Dissolved In 500g dextrose and half a can of "brewmaker essential lager" kit.
Chucked in a hop tea made with 12g Lublin hop pellets
Pitched "Belgian fruit and spice ale yeast" off eBay.

OG of 1040

Been eyeing up those lubin hops for pseudo largerng with
 
Got some Lubliner in my freezer for my next hefeweizen. Dying to use them.

This sounds like a cool wee experimental beer. Should turn out like a nice light Belgian blonde.
 
Bottled today at 1003/4.9%
Really recommend this yeast, it packed down really well and the beer was crystal clear
