Hey guys!

Been reading the forum for a while whilst got started... some great advice.

Started in October making a cider from apples in my orchard using guidance on here - it improves each week that passes!!

Just bottled an experimental stout. I bought a Coopers kit but added 500g of chocolate malt, some orange and swapped the yeast for champagne yeast. Really pleased with the outcome and hoping it will improve as it matures.

Got a Coopers lager kit on go but added 250g of Citra Hops to it to see what happens

I think I'm just going to mess about until I understand what I'm doing.

Have also got on the go a demijohn of WOW using orange and pineapple that is fermenting like a crazy thing.
