Started blipping my own a few years back, but found this site when searching for a Marmite wine recipe (thanks @LED_ZEP !)
Very successful quince, absolutely disastrous artichoke and an awful rosehip - currently fermenting a redcurrant, a blackberry and a tea mead...
Nothing like a spot of do-it-yourself, eh?
