Hello Folks, I'm Steve from the North East a individual about to embark on brewing from scratch, I've been making ales with kits for years and years but never tried all grain but now i feel its time to move on the to the real stuff.
Equipment and knowledge at the moment is minimal....got me a stainless steel boiler for nothing in the shape of a large tea urn, approx 300 bottles and fermenting bin. I have ordered a cool box, thermometer, hydrometer apart from that that's it. Any advice is appreciated. : :thumb:

Just stripped me old tea boiler down today... thoroughly cleaned it and bought the plumbing for it! Cool box for mash tun ordered and on its way, can't wait to be sorted.
