Time for another brew intime forpour anniversary party but think I'm going ott with this recipie.
Part says drop all the wheat and reduce the hops.

89.9% 2.5kg golden promice (ebc 5)
8.3% 230g wheat malt (ebc 4)
1.8% 50g what flaked (3 ebc)

10g brambling Cross @ 60m
20g cf184 @5min
20g cf184 hopstand - 20mins
15g cf184 day 3
10g strata day 3

Us-05 yeast

Edit this is for a 10l batch, aiming for 4.3%

I'd go with it exactly as written. I might increase the 60 minute hops a little as I like beer a tad more bitter. But certainly don't drop the wheat or reduce the late/dry hops. But you don't specify the match size. I assume it's between 20 and 25 litres.
