Pointy bits (another milling thread)

I use commercially crushed grain.
When washing the malt tube sieves I have noticed a lot of white pointy bits, sticking in them. Bit like pins (but soft)

Anyone else seen these? Anyone know the cause?

If I'm right, I expect you to recede into the shadows and blame "your" post on your keyboard-wise pet dog. Otherwise, you write a flame response and make your question clearer?
