So, by Monday will be the 5th day the beer has been Fermenting. I plan on placing it inside a pressure barrel. When's best to take a gravity reading? Before it goes in the barrel or after.

Well it's going in to secondary fermentation for about 2 weeks anyway hoping I cam clear it up a little although I'm not to fussed about hazy beer either way it's guna get drunkI'd recommend two weeks in the FV before taking it down.
