this plum wine was made July 2020 and racked on 22/02/2022

it will stop fermenting after about 2 months you can rack and add finings and it will clear in a week then leave to mature for at least 6 months.
I have about 64 gallons fermenting and maturing so it's about 10 months before I rack and clear them.
 
Looks like a very nice drop wild brew and no doubt your patience will be greatly rewarded, time and patience is the key to any country wine,makes a good win into a great wine. 👍🍷
