Been thinking on what to do next, couldn't really decide or come up with an American red ale recipe that I felt happy with. So my wife suggested trying a fruli style beer.

Attempting my first fruit beer:
Will do 1/2 batch no sparge full volume using my brewmonk. Even though recipe says I'll be sparging, it's just from when I duplicated it from the master recipe.

HOME BREW RECIPE:
Title: Raspberry Wheat 12L

1.1 kg - Extra Pale Ale Malt (54.5%)
770 g - White Wheat (38.1%)
100 g - Rolled Oats (5%)
50 g - Acidulated malt (2.5%)

HOPS:
5 g - Galena, Type: Pellet, AA: 13, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 13.64

MASH GUIDELINES:
1) Temperature, Temp: 67 C, Time: 60 min, mash In
2) Infusion, Temp: 57 C, Time: 5 min, Amount: 12.6 L
3) Infusion, Temp: 67 C, Time: 45 min
4) Temp: 79 C, Time: 15 min
5) Sparge, Temp: C, Time: 20 min, Amount: 7.4 L
