I've googled it and pretty sure but thought I'd ask in here, made a red wine beaversale pinot noir anyway ago and opened the last bottle just now and there was a defiente hiss and about 8mm of fizz bubbles appeared on wine. Is this just my lack of degassing skills and slight secondary carbonation. It still tastes amazing. I've put It into a jug and swirling every few mins to remove gas

It sounds like a slight secondary, when this has happened to me in the past (as i use glass bottles) i opened the caps slightly every couple of days to let the CO2 out just to be on the safe side which is a bit of a PITA when its a 30 bottle kit.
