hi peeps i have been dabling with a concoction (3rd attempt) using a bottle of rose flavoured syrup i am trying to make it a strong un my starting sg was 1125 started on 11/10/09 today 23/1/10 i get a reading of 1040 aworking out at 11.3 the fermentation seems to have stopped its been on an heater tray all the time and i pitched a sherry yeast why wont it ferment out to medium or dry :wha:
