I had +/-100 bottles to wash when I got back home and ran out of storage room so, after 24 hours draining, I had to stand them upright. The bits of kitchen paper are there to stop anything flying, crawling or falling into them before I can get them re-filled!

In terms of Molotov cocktails though I do have a bit of inside knowledge!

Back in the 50's my Mum had a boarding house and two Hungarian refugees were billeted on her. We had to make our own fun in those days so one of the refugees (Viktor) showed me how to make a Molotov Cocktail from a standard light bulb.

Apparently he was in the UK because Budapest had got a bit unhealthy for him after he had fitted some of his devices in a Russian company's offices to encourage them to leave Hungary!

Happy Days!!

I've used yeast from duvel a few time and it worked well. You can definitely use the chimay yeast too. Some breweries don't use their main strain when they bottle.
