Spares( blackberries, elderberries, cranberries and juice)

Hi

I have got 2lb of blackberries, 1lb of elderberries, 250grms of cranberries, 1 ltr of supermarket forest fruit juice and 1ltr of supermarket red grape juice spare, it looks like its an obviose recipe, but do any of you experts see something else evolving out of this or should i just go ahead and make a 4.5 ltr country wine with it?

Looks like an obvious recipe to me too :thumb:

You've probably got about 400g of sugar in that lot, so another 700-800g should give you 1.090 - 1.100

Thanks moley, i may even put a teaspoon of oak chips in this.
