Hello all. Ive been searching the internet for a while now but I still haven't found a st peters ruby red clone. Dose anyone here have a good recipe? Thanks john.

I've been looking for 9 months and I can't find a published one.

Interestingly, I recalled that Styrian Goldings were the noticeable hop flavour in this but when I went to the website, it says:

"A tawny red ale with subtle malt undertones and a distinctive spicy hop aroma from Cascade hops"

I have a few old bottles though, filled with home brew of course by now, and having dug one out, it says:

"A tawny red ale with subtle malt undertones and a distinctive spicy hop aroma from Styrian Goldings hops"

Clearly they've change the recipe, can't say I've tried the new incarnation but I'll seek it out. Not that this helps your quest particularly but I suppose if you make a mid-strength red ruby ale with Styrian Goldings (oe maybe Cascade) as the aroma hop you might have a good starting point.
