After abusing my latest placcie auto syphon I decided to get something more durable, the above being the only SS one I could find.

OK, sixty odd quid is a bit pricey but only 4x the price of the plastic one and should last at least four times longer?

When I came to check out they wacked the price up 100%!! To cover shipping costs incidentally.

Anyone got another brand of SS syphon or know where the BrewSS one can be bought nearer to home?

Won’t a 3 quid tap and a length of tube in the bottom of your FV do the same job?

For that money you can get a plastic conical.

BTW, don’t have space for a conical and I’ve just become an eco warrior so the less placcy the better for me.
