Due to the Red X Malt thread interest i have decided today to brew with it and i will post a picture of the lovely red wort

It's an adaptation of the Malt Miller Punkie IPA recipe, using the hops Brewdog uses, minus Nelson cos SteveJ don't have it. I've reduced the OG from 1059 to 1050, and added a bit of pale crystal to compensate, it will improve the body and foam and add a little sweetness.

11g hops per litre, none earlier than the last 15 mins. It will have intense flavour and aroma but the bitterness is just top end of pale ale level. Should be great.
 
Brew beer drink beer :grin: sitting down while mash is on drinking something different a larger i brewed using Lublin hops some time ago, its lovely and clear very refreshing with a very different taste to normal largers

Its certainly different :lol: yeah its ok wouldnt brew it again though

Its a very clean and crisp tasting larger i have to admit though the hop choice hmmm
