Sugar question

Hi everyone i have added the sugar to my bottles and .you brew is ready however upon tasting it,it tastes flat I suspect it was due to overflowing when bottling my question is can I open them and add more sugar and leave them for another 10 days ?
 
It was kept warm for about ten days I have been using the kits this was my 1st attempt at malt extract the flavour is good it just tastes flat
 
You can see bubbles and it makes the pssst when you open it but it looses that very quickly I wouldn't say hollow as you can still taste the hops I did have problems bottling with overflowing this time a though maybe I was loosing the sugar this way
 
Yes I add the sugar straight to the bottle this time it was really foamy and kept over flowing I lost a few good beers in the fight lol
