So here's what I am brewing as we speak.
It is an Imperial Stout brewed with Vienna rather than Pale Malt (mainly because that's what I had in stock rather than any inclination to experiment - that said I am interested...),I have scaled up the recipe here from my 1 gallon due to limited space.
For 25l
Vienna Malt - 80% - 8kg
Light Crystal - 10% - 1kg
Roasted Barley - 5% - 500g
Chocolate Malt - 5% - 500g
Hops
Cascade 100g @ 80mins - 6.7IBU
Fuggles 125g @ Flameout - 4.3IBU
Mashed at 65C for 60mins, mashed out to 69C
80min boil
Brupacks Ale yeast
Target OG 1.085
Target SG 1.014
ABV 9.5%
IBU 44
45 minutes left on the boil as of 21:35 if anyone has any comments.
