Haven't done a porter before but I want to do something with lots of chocolatey flavour and plenty of hops and then set it back for a while, so can anyone give suggestions for how much and of what to use? I really want this as full of flavour as you can get cos that's how I like em!!

I could go to the shop for anything if needed, but this is what I have in:

For malt, I have Maris Otter, Crystal 120, Chocolate malt, Caramunch malt (not Caramunich) and Torrified wheat.

For hops, I have Challenger, Northdown, Northern Brewer, D-Saaz, Galaxy, Rakau, Simcoe, Summer Saaz, and Mt. Hood.

Pale choclate malt has a great aroma and you cant go worn with adding some good coco to the boil of more aroma

Sounds nice.. will definitely lob some cocoa in.. how much do you think would go nice with 4kg pale malt + 500g chocolate malt?
