Brother came round yesterday with a whole load of apples went out and got a fruit press and made some toffee apple cider. Got about 4lts of juice added about 400g honey which we caramelised put in Demi Jon added petal ode then yeast and will leave for a couple of weeks then transfer into a clean Demi Jon and leave for as long as I temptation allows and see what it tastes like fingers crossed.
