Tube reducer . . . . . . . . .

A friend has kindly loaned me their conical fermenter. I'd like to continue bottling my beer from it but for the life of me I can't work out how to connect up my bottling stick to it. I need some type of pipe/tube reducer. Picture below for info. Can anyone help please? Many thanks.

Metal connector is 12mm/8mm
Bottling stick connector 14mm/11mm
Tubing is 12mm/8mm

I have just noticed the clamps in my OP are too big these will fit -

I had to cut the white part of the bottling wand off to get the tube to fit.
