Tucan Newky hoppy cop

Stuck for a brew I went to Wilko and bought a Sweet Newcastle brown ale kit and a hoppy copper bitter kit , bunged them in the FV with a sachet of SA-05.
I kegged it yesterday and had a sneaky taste this morning , it's very promising and reminds me of St Peter's ruby ale.

Sounds like an approach to me. Never done the Wiko "bitter" style kits but have done the 1 can lager kits - usually doubling them up and they were fine as a toucan. They are made by Muntons, as are most of the UK manufactured kits, so they will be...what they are!
