I have said it before the only way you will stop them is to give them an instant ban fines and points are obviously not enough to stop them.

I would shoot them. Since I care about my Feetboard score at work, I don't even talk, it's causing so much distraction even if you using hands-free.
Cars should be equipped with such systems, to urge ppl to raise their driving standards.
