Hello All, I just purchased one of these conical fermenters for use with concentrate or juice (especially "WOW" which I used to brew in the Middle East...) but I was wondering if anyone who uses one with fresh fruit recopies? do you steep the fruit first or use a juicer? fruit in the fermenter is going to block the neck at the bottom and I presume a bag will have a similar effect. Your thoughts and experiences would be welcome
