vinclasse no sugar wine kits, any good?

I'm not a kit wine maker so I'm probably not the best person to be commenting here, but I've recently done a Munton's Premium Cellar Shiraz, only because I got it half price in Wilkinson's sale. That was £18.50, down from £37.

That was a "no sugar required" kit, I used 3 litres of supermarket red grape juice instead of some of the water, and I made it short at 21 litres.

It is racked, stabilised and cleared now and is sitting down the cellar for a few months before I bottle it, but I just went down for a quick taster and it seems very promising indeed.

That was a 6.8kg kit, Balliihoo's is 7kg so it sounds pretty similar. I haven't looked at their carriage prices yet though.


But it's complEmentary and not compllImentary so I wouldn't buy from them on principle.
 
sounds promising, knew i should have got more in that wilko sale... will have to start saving unless another sale pops up
