I connected mine up behind the washing machine, the movement has disturbed the aging tap behind there and caused a minor leak. Just given myself another job to do!

I connected mine to the kitchen tap with a threaded adapter but will use the outside one when I turn it on again in the spring.

So 5L in an hour, which #chrisb8 also achieved. What to do next? Just turn off the supply and pack it up? Should I flush through first? I was planning to store it in the 'brewshed' but I'm worried that if it freezes it will get damaged. Perhaps hide it under the bed in the spare room... 😁

Hmmm, I was wondering the same thing. Mine is just in a plastic bag in the Kitchen at the moment but I’m not going to be able to get away with that for very long.

I'm planning to permanently install mine in the garage but just waiting on the connecters. All John guest push fit so it's easy enough.

I'm way too late on this one. Will jump on it when it hits a similar price again!

The 3 stage one I ordered from Finerfilters arrived today. £32.99 with free delivery. Well, the first package arrived yesterday but due to a packing error they only sent me the replacement filter set. Customer service were very good and sent the correct one by DPD next day. Not all bad as they told me to keep the replacement filters.

In addition, I also got the DI Resin filter off flea bay for £11.99 delivered to make a 4 stage filter for a total of £45.

Is that the aquarium one?

I've just bought a 4 stage 75 gpd from directwaterfilters for £42.45.
importantly it comes with a back flushing fitment which extends the life of the filters.
Strange Steve is right, it must be stored wet or you'll bugger the filters, so if you buy second hand factor in a new set of filters.
This is my third r/o, I used to keep marines.

I have been using my Vyair 4 stage RO filter for a few brews now and am generally pleased with the result
However I seem to need to change the colour change resin every 100 litres of RO.
Is this in line with everyone else ?
