I've done the lager that seems to come as standard with their kits and found it to be a disappointment (the one with the ale yeast) and I've now started into my batch of their European Lager which is much more to my liking. I have a Woodfordes Admiral's Reserve waiting to get bottled later this week and am considering what to do next. I fancy another Cooper's lager: something light and refreshing. Any suggestions?

The European Lager is really nice and I had nothing but compliments on it from my friends. You really do need to give it time to improve though (the same with all your brews really) but the European recommends 12 weeks conditioning, mine made it to 7 weeks and it was all gone
