Hi all, just to be sure:
I take my first reading in the ferm vessel after mixing all ingredients and yeast. Second reading taken when transferring to the pressure barrel. Is that right?
What about after adding the sugar for conditioning, or when the brew is ready to drink, does this not affect final abv?
